how much did you pay for that?

and please tell me its not from ebay.

also thats not a cold air intake,. a cold air intake goes down below the car to get air.
That intake looks like it would decrease performance to me. Two 90 degree turns, long *** piping, and what looks like a cheap filter.

As for your MAF.......reset your ecu.

Wow i never thought I'd actually get a chance to see it...

So is it just your idle thats lumpy or something? From my understanding those things only turn on under full throttle. Perhaps it's restricting your engine from sucking in air in the lower rpms and causing that funky idle.

All you're going to be sucking up in that thing is EXHAUST HEAT from your Manifold. Horrible positioning!

seriously, sandwiched bewteen the manifold and radiator isn't even close to the ideal positioning of an intake

yeh sorry to tell ya mate....you got ripped off.

that intake will most likely make your car loose power.
Its got a crap filter, that will restrict airflow, its sucking in HOT air, its taking the air forever to get to the throttle body becase of the LONG piping, there are 2 major bends in the piping to help slow down the air even more, and if thats not enough, you have a "fan" that will infact get in the way of the airflow even more.

I would take that off, and buy a decent filter, and an MAF adapter, put the stock intake tube back on, and have done with it.

Those electric superchargers are a rip off, esspecially the ebay ones. I hope you didnt pay to much money for it.

Yea remove that extra piping that's crossing the manifold....

take the filter and just pop it onto the MAF sensor next to the batter and you're good to go. Atleast that way, you're away from the heat.

The bad idle is because its a huge restriction (And very little value when it does work) Its installed before the MAF so the Maf is not getting adequate airflow to work correctly.. When it kicks in, it probably won't move enough air into the engine, keep that in mind, because if you slow the airflow down due to a restriction, you lower the maf reading, which in turn leans the engine out..

Electric or not, the "turbo" has to go after the maf. If you want to keep the setup you'll have to modify it a little.

Throttle Body - "turbo" - Maf - Filter

And you'll need to relocate some of your piping. Take the RRM turbo for example. The Maf and Filter are down behind the driver side lower pocket(fog light hole). So relocate your Maf/Filter down there, rig some piping that will go from down there, up to the "turbo", and then you can keep the shiny pipe that goes from the turbo to the Throttle body.

So here is how the setup is going to be like:

The pipe that currently goes to the maf, will instead connect to the "turbo"
You will flip the "Turbo" 90 degrees so the motor is sticking up instead of on the side. That will allow you to rig the piping underneath.
Now that the "cold" side is pointing downward, manage to rig some piping to attach that "cold" side to the maf and then to the filter.

first of all you should probaly know i have a hood soop right over the filter, and yes suprisingly you can feal a differance, but not much. No I diden't get that off e bay i made it from a blower motor total cost abou $23 we use to use them in motorcross all the time the differance isen't a lot but it' better than stock i had to remove the old cold air intake becose it was cracked on the bottom (I got the car that way). how do you reset the ecu? and thanks i will move the sensor to the othe sie I so should have tought of that. wow I got a big respone on that one

I don't want to criticize your creativity because it actually does look like a nice install, but the device is pretty useless.. The reason you feel a difference is its confusing the MAF a little causing it to run leaner...
