I have a 08 GTS with the following mods

-Injen CAI
-Injen SES catback
-RRM Headers
-RRM Pulley

From these mods alone I noticed a HUGE difference in power and how the car performs and what kind of potential it can have.

What my main question is what will a Flash do?
What will a Tune do for the car with parts like this?

 

If you get a flash from works, they ask you to fill out this list with all the mods you have including the product number so they can maximize each mods potential and get you the most hp possible. I really recommend you do it with the mods you have. You will definitely see a good gain. Correct me if i'm wrong, you have PZEV right? I think we all agree you should dyno haha oh and also, can you get a video of what your car sounds like?

GreySkyy I got the same mods u have for my lancer I am looking for a good performance ECU Flash did you ever get this done I want to see how well the works did for u............

 

RPW flash tunes have been getting great results from the ClubCJ members in Australia, you just need to read your rom and email it to us, no need to send the ecu out for reflashing.

 

How do you read your rom? What's needed?

 

You will need a laptop, Tactrix 2.0 cable, and ECUflash software installed on your laptop.

This is assuming that the appropriate definition files for the 2008+ GTS's are available for ECUflash, which I don't know if they are or not.

 

seems like the OP has a case of the placebo affect,

exhaust,headers,pulley and intake isnt going to be a HUGE difference. if your lucky you'll get 10whp out of all that.

a flash is by far the best mod u can do, but dont expect a race car after it

 

go turbo ecu flash, evo rom and a 3bar map sensor and your done.
