Getting the Lancer Tuned?
looks like you have to take out your cars ecu on your own and ship it to works to have them reflash the memory and they'll send it back to you. there's no info on turnaround time from their site but it looks like you have the option of selecting 91 or 93 octane to run on your new re-flash. it supposedly can be reflashed to the factory settings but the only thing i don't like is that it cannot be used with 87 octane. if gas prices were lower i'd very much so do it, but they're not. that being said, i wonder how much a new ecu is from the dealer so we could have the swapability on-demand. anyone want to check it out for me?
