Getting the Lancer Tuned?

I have been slappin on the mods and now its time for some fine tuning. Whats the current procedure for getting this thing dialed in to perfection.

Im on the East Coast, but im looking for input everyone can use. I already have the Works Flash but would like to take it a step further and have it tweaked locally.

I read that, i meant a review from an actual person that bought it and not the people trying to sell it for a profit.

From the dnyo sheets in the WORKS Flash thread on this forum, flash alone gives you 16-17hp, 13 TQ, combined with the header would probably be well over 20-22hp. The header is rated for 8hp but I don't know how it would add up with the flash. Dont forget about torque.

Sorry the graph points aren't marked for the before run, the box in green is actually just a lower point along the power curve of one of our "flashed" runs. But if you ignore the numbers in the box and look at the graph itself you'll see power gains of around 17 horsepower and on the torque side its around 13 lb/ft.
