Talking Good Base Map For Me?

Ok ecuflash guru's, this is my very first attempt at changing anything in ecuflash. My 03 es will be turbo'd within the next 2 months and so I wanna make sure I am comfortable with tuning when the time comes so here is my stock fuel maps (TOP) and my altered fuel maps(BOTTOM), I will be running 440 injectors and rescaled my injectors to 412. I found This for the stock latency values of the 440's but it only shows 5 values and ecuflash gives me 7 to define so how do I adjust these? I have not rescaled the timing maps yet and dont know if I should or wait until after I datalog some

I want a good base map to start with so any advice on changes pease let me know!!!! As I stated this is my first attempt so feel free to give me any tips thanks

Yes thank you senate I just read through the sticky "How to tune your evo" in the evo tuning forums today and he mentions the fuel trims in regards to latencys as well. Ok so how about my load scaling and the afr values I put in as a start, do they look conservative? Should I do any leaning out yet? Or maybe just start with this and log to see what the next step is?

Start here and datalog. On a side note, there probably isn't a need to have two running threads that are both now focusing on your tune.
