E-Manage update problem!!!

ok guys i hope u can help me with this, i turbo'ed my oz and for engine management i got the blue emanage, it is already wired and doesn't give any error codes, but when i hooked the cable and start the support tool it just nothing happen, it supposed to detect by it self and then ask me to uptade the main unit but again nothing happen, so please help!!!!

the support tool shows the status online by the way.


can someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!:help me:

it may not be reading through the comport....try changing your comport settings on your computer. this site may help you out alot as well DIYTuning.com answers alot of questions

ok thanks, well after some time reading about the support tool, i'm just concluding that my cable doesn't work, cuz in one post suggest to do some steps and they are exactly the same things that i did, and it suppossed to work. so i guess i will have to buy a new one.
but the doubt is that how the indicator of the tool blinks?? that means the real time data right??
