Ok so I have been playing with this formula. I have mine all setup but this formula is not accurate at all. In fact it seems to drift thewrong way at times. Now my setup maybe wrong. I was told to have my guage in P04 mode. Is that correct?

Easier Way to Log

I cant believe I didnt see this earlier and for those that dont know.

Buy a DB9 cable with 2.0 Usb port, Then you buy this black connector to to plug it in then the 2 wires coming out go to the end cables of the AEM Eugo

Im going to buy this piece and I wont have to worry about logging issues anymore or splicing wires to make this work...

why do that when you can do it with 1 wire through the ecu and not have to worry about another usb port

im not really an electronics person and I will never solder anything in my cars computer... But I just found out a better way that is easier than spending $20.00

get 16 gauge wire cut it, and push it in the 2 pins then get some super glue or JB weld and fill it in the pin area so the 2 wires stay there permantly. I just did this and Ill admit it was dumb for me to say buy the item I mentioned above

I use inline crimpy thingies....but I still don't like wiring the wideband of AEM's into the ECU. For some reason, I see too much talk about it being inaccurate. One thing that is neat, is the OpenPort 2.0 supports serial in, so you can wire the serial out on the aem wideband to a serial plug, that you can use on your computer, or you can use the standalone logging, and plug the serial into a converter to a headphone jack, plug that into the openport 2, and setup logging there.....self contained, accurate as hell, and pretty dang easy, if you have an OP2.0

My one issue with that, is that the logs don't open nicely in EvoScan.

si si, if you run the serial out to the serial in, then you can also log with no cables, which is 1 less then 1. Also, 1 less computer.
