Ok I need help on trying to ecu flash, Ok I downloaded it and I can view any maps at all and see what they look like I cant see any hex files etc...

OK so I need to flash my car and I have the rom Im suppose to use I know the defintiion file and I need help on trying to flash the car by selecting this file. does anyone know any videos or threads I can use
