2008 Turbo Lancer DE limp mode problem

I have had my ECU reflashed and can't manage to get rid of the limp mode p1241. I could floor it and there is no limp mode but when Im cruising at low rpm up hill I will get that annoying limp mode. What can I do to eliminate it? Thanks!

You need to turn off the airflow/torque limiters.

I have the same problem as I remove airflow / torque limiter or off mode
