Question re: WORKS ecu flash for 2.4 with SRI

I've got a 09 lancer GTS w/CVT, I installed an Injen SRI (SP1838) but besides that the car is stock. The intake itself claims 12.3HP & 11TQ gains, which it did make a very noticeable difference. I've been researching the WORKS Brain flash p1, I've found mixed info on the gains. I'm not planning on doing any other performance mods besides possibly getting the flash. I was wondering if the 18HP & 18TQ (ish) they claim you might see, is that from a stock lancer with no mods at all or is that number based on already having your basic mods (intake, exhaust, headers)? I would like to know realistically how much of a gain I'd see in HP & TQ as well as gas mileage with my current set up. Also, I wouldn't be taking the car to get tuned, just a mail in flash. Thanks for any info in advance!

You know I've had questions on this as well but like any other electronic tuning you will always have mixed reviews and most people won't be willing to do 2 dyno runs to settle the score. If you haven't, try to consider the RRM Piggyback ECU and Timing controller. just me .02c

Also with the piggy you'll need to splice into the ecu harness. say bye bye to warranty. If.u do look into rrm, the advance timing box is ok. but the small gains are not worth the price they sell it for. (i have it) the most id pay for it is 150 tops.

for the works tune you will need to mail them your ecu.

rpw also has a tuning service. but they don't require you to send your ecu. just Google racing performance works and read up on it.
