My 2003 lancer es wont go over 5mph, the intake system is perfectly fine, checked ignition system thats fine, compression is at 160psi in all cylinders, no codes are being thrown, i think the bank 1 cat is plugged? any suggestions on what i should check? the car sounds gutless and wont produce any power and sound horrible?

 

Manual or automatic? No codes at all?

 

Hmm it's hard to say without any more info. Does it seem like a mechanical problem or electrical?
If mechanical, does your engine rev up? Might be your transmission if you're auto
If electrical then you'd most likely have a code, but maybe unplug battery to have ECU reset
