RPM drop too slowly.. 4B11 Engine 08Lancer ES
I have always had this problem with my 08 Lancer but recently it seems to be getting worse. I would accelerate in any gear and when press in the clutch to shift gears, the RPM don't drop right away. They take forever to drop. This morning I accelerated up to 3000 RPM in 2nd Gear then I shifted to neutral and it took 26 seconds !! form the RPM to drop down to Idle speed. I am completely lost .. please help !! Sometimes it does it when I rev my engine neutral while parked.
