I am a total newb when it comes to tuning. I have ECUflash and Evoscan to log and tune. I already have all the definitions loaded and can easily adjust the tune. My issue lies when I am revving my little g94 to the moon. I set the rev limiter in ECUflash to 7k rpm. When I initially start the car and go the car easily reaches this rev limit of 7k. So the Issue is this, once the engine gets to normal operating temp, it wont rev out past the OE rev limit around 6k. Also to note, while not driving, I can rev it out to the moon with no issues.


I have forced open loop with the peripheries portion added to my ROMid definition, with no luck.


Also to note, I know there is no point in having the revs that high because "the 4g94 stops making power past 5500RPM." I've read the posts saying it doesn't make power up high, but I just like to hear it rev out.
