i might need a new alternator with more watts maybe 300 or around there due to an upgrade i might be doing in the audio/video in my car anyone kno where i can get one for a reasonable price

i'm not sure if there is an aftermarket alternator available for the lancer...... yet. i dont think there is though. how much audio/video are you planning on doing? you should be fine with an upgraded battery (maybe optima). well unless your planning on a good amount of screens, competition style system, a crazy amount of neon/lighting.... then yeah you might need a better alternator.

 

not doing alot of video maybe 2 screens, but im gettin about 3000-4000 watts of audio in the car so i dont think an extra battery si gonna cover it

 

What do you need 3000-4000 watts of sound for, only thing that's good for is blowing ear drums and getting police attention. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing on you or anything, but I personally would put money into other parts of the car. (unless you can get a good deal on the sound equipment)
