its only 4 bolts and the o2 sensor, i did it myself. I didnt really notice any gains, did seem a lil smoother. I dont know about if its worth it... it barely gives anything but everything adds up so, that decision would be up to you. I dont think it really changed gas milage, it says for off road use only b/c it is technically illegal to have on your car driving around. If you are totally stock it wont even change the sound, people say you start getting kind of raspy though if your exhaust work done, (havent put mine back on yet after i got my mid-pipe made)

on a mainly stock car, this is prolly somethin you wanna hold off on. install is somewhat easy, just need a little bit of muscle. youll notice youll lose low end but gain high end power. but the weight savings compared to the stock cat will make up for the loss. and you wont like the sound, i know i dont.

1.install is ez, might have a lil trouble taking off the bolts on the cat
2.don't expect 10 whp for each, realisticly maybe 5ish
3.you have to start sometime if ur car is stock, and intake and exhaust, or header are a good way. MIght wanna get that instead on the testpipe.
4.gas mileage stays the same or even gets a lil better
5.car wont sound rice

If you really want to, you can bore out your cat. thats what i did. i pulled the cat out, vised it up, and went to work with a little jackhammer. once everything was out, i put a straight pipe through it. this way, when questioned, you have a cat! but you know you dont. and no, it doesnt throw a CEL.
