alternator belt??

alternator belt??

did anyone here change the alternator belt... mines snapped... me couple of my friends was trying to figure out how to change it..... does anyone have any idea how to loosen the tensions of the belt?? by the way ilready searcg but couldnt find anything

damn I need to figure this out... does anyone know how to tighten the tension on our belts? mine is starting to squeek

well i dont know what to tell you guys, but from the look of it your gonna have to take some pieces out in order to get loose either of the pulley's. it looks like a pain in the ***.

The AC power stearing pully is really easy, I just had a post on it. You Losen the bolt on the tensioner (closest to the front of the car 14mm I believe), Crack the bolt on the pully (attached to the tensioner) then keep loosining the first bolt you cracked.

I have never done the altinator belt. Hobbie will problaby know.
