buschur racing exhaust ??
I am thinking about getting the road race header, buschur racing downpipe, high flow cat, and cat back. Does anybody here know of any problems I may encounter by doing this? and should I do it?
thanks

Nope I don't. Everything should bolt up fine seeing that that the only part that isnt buschur is the header, and that is just a bolt on swapp-out so the flanges should mate no prob. go for it

i called buschur about a month ago and they told me that they are going to care any more products for the lancer because the demand is low. And they said that the only thing they had in stock was an intake. And that is the only thing they were going to keep on the market. So you might want to check. If they lied to me i'll be pissed.

I've heard this too. Just shows how a lack of presence on these boards by vendors can be the death of Lancer based products. RMR, I'm looking in your direction...

why would they still have the exhaust pieces on the website for sale if they stopped selling them? and isn't it just pipe and a muffler? i would think all they would have to do is bend some pipe to the correct dimensions and send it out.

Why don't you call them? I'd love if they kept making them. It's about time more people gave the Buschurs some business. Nice people, great company.
EDIT: And only recently have they even put Lancer parts on their site. This is the third update I've seen their site go through.

HardcoreTuner (AKA Hardcore609) has one as well. Can't beat the sound and the fact that you can do it yourself imo. Anyway, I think we all wrote reviews for those interested.

Just got off the phone with buschur. They said that they were trying to get away from this exhaust for lack of interest. He said they might be able to make one or two but he doesn't know if they have the piping. If not then **** out of luck. Maybe if enough of us call them real soon and show interest, they might get back into it. Wishful thinking.
