I think they said you get 150 back. So that'd be 289 actually. Right?

man 289+stock throttle body for a bored out stock throttle body. i can't believe pple willin to pay for that for such lil gain unless ur FI in anyway. go to a shop and have it bored out for cheaper.

 

Great idea. I know a guy who did exactly that. But it requires one of two things:

A) find a shop that'll do it on the spot while you wait
B) have a second car while they futz with your TB

 

All RRM does is give you back a Stock TB that they bored out?!? You're right may as well just go to a shop to get it done. How much would a shop do it for?

 

And we both know how that turns out

 

Found out how much it cost to bored out a throttle body.......$100 bucks. Not sure if that includes a bigger butterfly plate or not. But it's still CHEAP!!! I won't have a car for a few days but I think I will live. I think I may just do this instead of paying $289 for RRM.

P.S. I also found another website that sells TB for the Lancer:
