Yet another cai verses sri question.

i guess sri vs. cai is a matter of preference.
personally, i drive a stick, so i would rather take advantage of the lack of a huge transmission blocking the pipes. plus, i don't want to hear the intake as close to me as s.r.i. provides. also, since the last flood here was 13 years ago, i think i'll be safe from hydrolock.
once again-just a preference.
