eManage- ECU in limp mode?
i would say your either not communicating with the emanage correctly or your map got corrumpted somehow. Start from scratch and redo the tps setup. Then zero everything out and read the realtime data with the key on and motor off. Make sure the tps on the emanage is working properly reading 0-100%.
If that's all good then start the car and check out the deviation in AF's. If the AF's are set at 0 then there should be no adjusted percentage. If it's adjusting then there is a problem with the emanage... it may need to be reset.

The throttle is being read by the emanage, PDA logger AND WBO2- so there's a redundant verification that throttle is being read correctly.
I can kill the engine by removing too much fuel at idle, about -40 will do it nicely.
STFT is between -5 and +5 and isn't steady even when the throttle is. Not sure what to make of that, but it seems to be within acceptable parameters.
I think I'll just re-double check the connections and reinstall all the software. Maybe the whole thing got FUBAR'd one day and I just haven't noticed it. I know that a couple months back it ate some bad data (stay away from the brown data!) and wouldn't read the TPS correctly.
I think it's time to get on the freeway for a couple hours
I'm still open to suggestions
And thanks for the input

FIXED!!!!!
Thanks for all the advice everyone. The main issues were 1) timing was off (it was actually a little retarded when set to the timing check-point with the cam gear mark at 11 o'clock) and the fuel trims were probably not helping anything
So. I reset the timing to 7 deg BTDC, and zeroed out the emanage maps, fuel and timing. I'll be damned if that didn't work immediately. I ended up making very small adjustments to the timing and no adjustments to fuel. The AFR stayed between 13.4 and 13.7 from 2K RPM to 5750 RPM. Needless to say I'm ecstatic about the new-found power.
Keep an eye on the fastest NA list: I'm going to the strip on the 22nd
Thanks again everyone who chimed in with advice or support.
