of course, but you'll need a few supporting mods to make it fit:

1) evo engine
2) evo chassis
3) evo drive train

but after you throw those on, it'll be good to go

I doubt it would fit but even if it did, your car would probably make less power due to the large diameter piping. With an N/A engine there is a happy medium in regards to the amount of back pressue the exhaust produces.

You don't need any of those "supporting" mods, but you might have to take it to an exhaust shop and have them cut it and bend it and such... Probably end up costing you more in custom work then just buying a Lancer catback... and it won't work as well as one designed for your car.

actually, an increase in flow, would mean an increase in power, but a loss in low end torque. backpressure mostly is a moderator of torque. but the exhaust will not fit a US lancer.

raising the powerband are we? hahahhaha really it's not worth it...even if you do gain more high end power with a loss of low end torque.

The only thing 04 lancer es's have going for them is the torque. And it's still not worth shltting your pants over.

The reason I ask is becuase I was thinking of going back to stock is all.

Question for yall

The muffler I had one had a 2.5 IN/OUT on the muffler. I belive our piping is 2 inches. Would that have had a big effect on my gas mileage. Shouldnt it be like 2 or 2.25 IN/OUT.

2.25" is the ideal size for most n/a lancers, 2.5" would be perfect for most forced induction lancers.

I lost about 40 miles to a full tank of gas do you think the big inlet and outlet size had to do with that. Would it be better to go 2.25 or 2.

Thanks.
