You could always try combining what is said in other threads to form an idea of what to expect. Basically, yes you'll be faster but smellier.

Naturally with exhaust and headers you will get gains that has been covered many times. Test pipe i would so no and go HFC but thats just me and that does cost alittle bit more from rrm if you were to go that road.

you will produce a little bit more, but dont expect huge gains. i have the kamikaze header with dc sports cat back and it sounds real nice, and very deep. for an exhaust, its really what you prefer, if you want loud, then get the buschur w/ dynamax muffler or the magnaflow. as for the cat, you should definitely get the hfc. but either way, it should sound good.

"i did searched" ahahaha. good times! why would they sell the test pipe if it didnt help? youll lose low end with the addition of headrs and of the test pipe... so i suggest u go with rrm headers (least torque loss) and a high flow cat to stay legal. youll have 11 whp i think.

According to this site 04+ need a special package for proper fitment. I dont know if you knew this already or not.

A test pipe is used for any kind of actual racing...but usually this is after a new camshaft is installed...you may actually LOSE power with a test pipe. If the exhaust is straight-thru, you lose backpressure. Sure, you want as little as possible, but if you have none you lose the scavenging effect on the cylinders, and the exhaust gas isn't pushed out as fast.

As for the special fitment...the reason it MIGHT be different is the body style changed slightly. Yes, the engine is the same (slow) engine, but it might have different motor mounts and different frame welds underneath.

Hope this helps!

Generally a test pipe is used on a turboed lancer, its pretty much useless on an NA application.
