You do realize that everytime you feed a newbie with the info they need instead of searching, not only does it deters them from searching in the future (since someone will provide the answer) but when they do search, there will be 15 million posts on the same thing, since someone answered each and every newbie's question ...

I say leave em and let them burn until they realize to search. Lock and delete threads with no mercy.

At least that is what I do on the Mirage boards....
