1) Intake-doesn't make a difference, they only give a slight amount of power anyways
2) Catback-personal preference is key, sound, look, brand, etc., not really worth it until you have more serious engine modifications otherwise you lose your bottom end
3) New spark plugs-again not a big deal, I had iridiums prior to my engine getting proper fu<ked and I didn't notice anything other than a slightly smoother idle
4) Woofer or subwoofer?-no idea not into sound
5) Amp-same as above
6) RIMS (Im on steelies now lol)-lightweight and wide 15s are best for performance
7) Tires-get the best you can buy, BFG G-sports are a good tire based on tirerack.com
8) Nice kit (maybe)-no idea not into looks, ralliart grill and a small wing is good enough for me
9) New suspension-if you want the best of the best JIC is the way to go, Teins are also a great choice
10) Brakes-axxis ultimates or porterfields are your best bets
11) Rotors-slotted rotors are good idea, drilled have a tendency to crack
12) Calipers-only worth upgrading if you go with a full big brake kit such as the wilwood or RPW kits
13) Pistons-better get em quick or you'll have to go full custom. RRM doesn't sell em anymore and Buschur is getting rid of their stock.
Other things to think about are header (a very worthwhile mod), throttle body, intake manifold, short shifter, shifter bushings and piggyback or other ecu modification.

Before spending money like drinking water after a desert expedition, do you have a budget?
"alpine or pioneer"
Why alpine? I think the brand is a left over from high school mentality considering what is good or not. Not of my friends or my brother's minitruck friends ever used Pioneer (well, maybe a minority of them).
I have stuck w/ Kenwood for the longest time, and it's still serves my purpose.
As for tires, my best experiences were Dunlops (above average inl dry & wet grip, low road noise, and cornering stability). Goodyear is overpriced for the value, except for the very top end Z-rated tires. Hell, Pirelli P-Zeros are the best dry grip, but once it rains you'll going to die from the lack of traction from its compound and grooves.
