9) New suspension
10) Brakes
11) Rotors
12) Calipers
13) Pistons

Pistons should be in there about the same time as rockerarms/pushrods as you will be tearing apart the engine.

I would do it in this order as I'm more performance instead of sound/apperance.

5) New spark plugs *really easy and cheap to do* (unless you go FI afterwards)
1) Intake
2) Catback
8) RIMS (Im on steelies now lol) 9) Tires (tires and rims at the same time)
6) Woofer or subwoofer?
7) Amp
10) Nice kit (maybe)
11) New suspension
12) Brakes
13) Rotors
14) Calipers

15) Possible turbo (not sure yet)
OR
4) Pushrods
16) Pistons
3) Rockerarms

If you are going to build the motor you are going to have to decide to build for n/a or FI IMO as you would need a different compression setup.

pushrods? rocker arms? mmm, no pushrods are in this engine and i haven't ever came across upgraded rocker arms. you can scratch those off your list.

Pushrods and rocker arms? You've got the wrong type of vehicle.

Nonetheless, I dont like the order of things that you have listed, but that is my eprsonal preference.

EDIT: Posted this earlier and didnt hit send. Rhyzin just echoed my same sentiments.

Yes, thats I did some research and you are right about the pushrods and rockerarms, so I updated the list.

1) Ralliart Grill
2) Suspension (Tein SS)
3) Rims
4) Exhaust (custom 2.5")
5) Turbo (custom 16G like AznFlip)
6) Motor build (pistons, rods)
7) Ported head
8) RPW cams
9) Standalone EMS

That would by my path. I updated your order a bit so things make sense

1) Intake (pretty much a waste of $$ if you go turbo in the future, only adds sound any ways to an NA engine)
2) Catback (good investment, get a used one or custom 2.5", no test pipe though, take out too much backpressure)
3) New spark plugs (this is a maintenance item, change them if they need it, NGK Copper, doesn't add performance)
4) Woofer or subwoofer (Go with only 1 sub, custom made fiberglass box to save weight and trunk space, or buy mine )
5) Amp
6) Rims & Tires (buy them at the same time, don't get 18s, get Rota if you want them cheap)
8) Nice kit (don't bother, save the money for the turbo)
9) New suspension (Tein SS kit, or NEX if you are on a budget, I would do this before rims)
10) Brake rotors & pads (maintenance item, replace if they need it, do rotors and pads at the same time, don't fork out the extra $$ for Rotora or Powerslot, only necessary if you are racing)
12) Calipers (ummmm, what?, are you suggesting big brake kit?)
13) Pistons (don't bother until after the turbo kit)
