Won't fit. I've done the research here. Hoses are setup different. Different part #, also.

On the other hand, it's just silicone hose. If it's close enough, you could try to stretch/squish it into place...

PS - since I had a whole thread on it, I'm going to do it. Search, n00bs!

Cool blacksheepdj, cough, noob, cough. If it doesn't fit, cut it, strech it, do what it takes, LOL.

Let us know.

Actually I think it's too long. If you're going to use real braided steel well...1. it's probably going to cost a fortune and 2. You can just buy a length of it and cut it to the needed length. I don't think the bend is essential to flow, but you obviously don't want it kinking when the engine torques.

If it's too long you can cut it and make it fit right? I did see couple of OZs with steel braided hoses. It didn't look that great but as long as the performance is there.

I've only ever seen braided SS sleeving kits for the Lancer. If there's a true SS hose kit it'd be expensive as hell, because that **** costs about $20 for a 3' section in '10AN (which is about 1/2-5/8" ID. I forget exactly.) At 1 1/2-2" it'd cost a ****ing fortune.

You can also just cut it, get some clamps and a metal insert and mate it to another hose.
