there are people on ebay that sell them for much cheaper, I got 2 (because they're sold them for cars with 2 manifolds) for $10 shipped, and i am sure that they work just as good. I haven't had a CEL since I put mine on over 1500 miles ago. I had used the antifouler but CEL flashed on every once in a while, so i deceided i would try the resistors.

Rob, thats a great idea to sell headers with the mil eliminator, I think that more people will buy them.

THe downpipe or header does what it does. The CEL eliminator just removes Check Engine light. These are being made now and will be available soon.
