Snap crackle pop - unburned gas going poof in the exhaust. Gotta lean that ***** out!

Ever since I put the GReddy canister ($79 at RRM! ) on my Subaru, I always hear the pops. Just part of having an exhaust on a car not tuned for it.

spark plugs were covered in gas, both coil packs are good (replaced one anyway), plug wires were fine, compression was fine.......i fried that huge wiring harness that runs from the battery->fuse box->trans/cam position/o2 sensor/fuel injectors/crank position sensor/egr syste,/etc....the wiring harness with all of that in it yeah well it melted and fused together. the lack of ground caused cylinders 1 and 4 to not fire.

Sorry I didn't realize you were this guy

but I'd recommend to stop trying external combustion on your engine.

Mostly normal, especially if you have no cat or a test pipe etc...
