as far as i know the belts are not EXACTLY the same. the accessories are not set up identical to the 4g94 (atleast that is what i have read). there should be some small differences in belt size.

i know that the generator belt is identical and also that the timing belt and drive belt are different sizes on the g93 + g94 my problem is finding a drive belt that will match up with the UDP once it's installed on the g94. do you know of anywhere i can find a decent picture (preferably shop pic) of the 1.8L Mirage accessories set up? i've been searching the mirage forums and doing some google image searches but haven't found anything productive. i may just try the belt that is recommended for the mirage if it looks close enough

btw, pulley is scheduled for delivery on the 15th

For alternator belt and the steering belt you can founded in Pepboy or some of this kind of store´s. For the crank pulley look in a junker if they have a mirage ls coupe or try to find a mitsubishi dealer that sell genuine parts like Mopar store. If you dont know a autorized mitsu dealer store ask in the car dealer of mitsubishi in the area of warranteed they maybe can help you better than me.

this whole belt deal is just turning into a headache. i'm hoping the belt recommended for the mirage will fit (though i know most likely it won't).

UDP has been installed and the lancer runs great. here are some pic's. i'll do a write up on it later.

Drive Belt # 5050490-5PK1245
Alternator #5040285-4PK0725

check out the difference in size

...now it's time to go kill some gas and have fun with this thing...

compared to the lightweight pulley how's the power? I asked in the other thread, too, but where'd you order from?

i ordered the pulley from Ebay. it's by Unorthodox...however there are lots of other no-name pulleys on ebay that the mirage guys have used. Vision Imports and a few others distribute the pulley as well. compared to the lightweight pulley: power difference starts to kick in around 3300rpm's, however the most noticable gains are found between 3900-redline. it's pretty nice. i'll post details soon.
