are you not reading what we have been saying?
full exhaust - i.e. headers, and catback should be around 600-800, if that. and changing the muffler but keeping the exhaust piping will not give you anything. going to a better piping will.
and search, lots of guys have done those upgrades, check out the 1/4 section, then you can gauge what you car will be similar to.

anyway if you can get all 3. it will cost a bit more than 1000USD. and should give you about 15 hp imho. There always cheapers mods out there you could spend as little as 300-500 dollars on them too.
an intake you could easily get off of ebay for 40USD, headers im not sure where you can get one for your car, try rpw. exhaust you can get for a good price as well.

10 horse, ? for every 100 pounds you will pick up about a .1 in the 1/4 mile. put the biatch on a diet, pull the cat and muffler, and your done. and its almost free. i dont know what 10 horse equals in the quarter mile, but i am sure it is not a lot.

also keep in mind to get a better flowing intake. because you cant have your car exhale more air than it inhales. in other words get the intake to have more air to breath out in the first place.
i say get all 3 mods in this order.

2. intake it can be either shortram which will help out low end, or coldair which will help out top end. the short ram will produce 1-2 less hp than the cold air intake, but you will take off really fast from 0-20.
3. get headers it is the best mod of the 3 but the other 2 make this your best mod if its last. no point having headers 1st if your car cant get rid of the air with out exhaust system. or on the other hand if your car cant suck up enough air to breath better in the 1st place.

I will do this man:
1) Short ram intake
2) Header
3) Dc sport Muffler
Then the next job will be the remaing exhaust system and 16'' momo fighter rims , $$$$ is not too much now.

its even like that in video games. i know people who work at offical import racing shops for turbo's tuning and everything. get the 3 i said in order.
btw when you get your exhaust, dont only get the muffler get 2.25 inch cat back exhaust or your car wont breath good enough.
get a straw and try to breath out with only the tip of the straw being bigger. it will be hard. but if you got full cat back piping you can breath out with a bigger tube. what im saying whats the point of getting headers and intake 1st all your air wont be able to get out fast. which will choke your cars power.
