Smile Installling exhaust tomorrow.

Ok... finally getting the exhaust installed....
RPW race headers - the hole for EGT will be drilled tomorrow and the (seat?) welded in (the threaded piece, which the sensor drops through and then screws into). RPW flex pipe. Magnaflow HFC. Talked with a nice guy at RRM today, he said to O2 sensors like this: 1st factory closest to headers, 2nd factory in 2nd o2 bung on HFC and have 3rd o2 for wideband welded in next to (or near) where the 2nd factory sensor goes). Then I have the greddy resonater/muffler from RRM. Hopefully all goes well.... I didn't get a written estimate, he just said it depends how long it takes. There will be 2 holes drilled and welded (for egt and 3rd o2) plus the install of headers and all the rest. I'm expecting not to pay much more than 2-3hundy.

I was a little unsure of where to place all the o2 sensors, but thanks to RRM (again, and again, a...) I think it's all sorted out. I mean if anyone would know, I'm sure they would! Will post more tomorrow night to let yall know how it went.

wow, so you're gonna have a bunch of wires coming out of your headers...lol

2 or 3 hundy? not bad at all considering all the welding that needs to be performed.

cant wait to see the gains you get off those headers. i have kamikaze and only gave me a little boost in the top end. seems like it killed some of my bottom end though.

You can tap the hole for the EGT probe seat yourself and just screw it in as long as you don't go gorilla on it an pull the threads out. The seat is a pipe thread so it gets tighter the further you screw it in.

I would rather have mine welded like you but I threw this out there for other people thinking about an EGT.
