engines for the OZ
omg, this has been discussed sooooooo many times. search, search, search
nice start to the site. missing a lot of stuff, including same parts from different manufacturers, but a very nice start nonetheless. i think with some work this could become the single most useful site for lancer tuners.

the the evo engine is 2.0 like the OZ and if ur thinking if the block or head would fit on the OZ engine... no it won't... different engine family... etc etc...

Right now, a RA is cost similar to an OZ . . . well in my neck of the woods.
Also, if you haven't finished or nearly finished paying off your car, you shouldn't even think about swaps. It takes a lot of time, effort, money, and practicality. If you are not 100% dedicated to those concepts, you will fail like most HS minitruckers with constant "under construction" mode for the next decade or so or from boredom.

well, gathering what ive read now, you obviously have no experience with cars and do not know prices nor the complications or.... A LOT of anything related to cars.
and judging that you have to hide this kind of thing from your parents tell me your still in your teens, im going to guess 16, and therefore i believe that you are too young and dumb (no offence i was retarded at your age too) to where anything you say will happen at all
stick with your engine, by the time you realize what you have and what do with it youll read this thread going "damn i was dumb"

KEEP THE STOCK MOTOR AND JUST BUILD ON THAT WHY WOULD U WANNA SWAP IF U WANNA SWAP BUY A HONDA!!!.....my friend u drive a piece of art its the motor we have in or lancers is a decent motor...i know that u know its clearly not an high output motor but the things u can do to it.......beautiful!!!
If ur going turbo look at www.roadracemotorsports.com then check out some rpw stuff
if ur goin N/A LOOK AT www.rpw.com.au
then look n e to local places that can fabricate stuff for u (my piston and rods i had fabricated for me)
so plz keep ur car as a lancer oz not a lancer oz with an GST motor because all it is..is an ecplise with a different motor
