OZ Fuel Filter

Does anybody know where the fuel filter is on the OZ. I have
15,000 miles and it is time to change it.

I did check the owners manuel. I couldn't find a diagram of the fuel system.

That's what I'm saying. I looked in the service manuel, but can't find the fuel filter location in it. I know there are many people with OZ that have more than 15,000 miles. Who knows where the fuel filter is?

I don't know where it is for sure but 9 times out of 10 the fuel filter is just upstream of the fuel tank itself. So take a peak and see.

Also depending on what size it is you may or may not have to change it. Many cars today are designed to go 50 to 100,000 miles without a fuel filter change. So you may not need to do it unless you are really noticing problems, or have been buying some crappy crappy gas!

its on the botton of the fuel pump you have to take out your fuel pump....under the rear seat....and there is a tea bag looking filter at the bottom the of fuel pump.

why are you changing your fuel filter......there should be no need for that yet.

Mitsu rep told me that Fuel Filter is integral with the fuel pump, and is a 60k service item.

i just hit 42k within the last week. i'm gettin close to worrying about it. i tried following the lines once and couldn't find the filter either. usually there's a fuel pump filter AND a fuel filter, but i guess not in our case. strange.
