Trying to figure out if its worth it

All I have right now is a ram air intake with upgraded spark plugs on my lancer. I was wondering if I put a catback on, a RRM pulley, and a RRM Piggyback V2 on if that would provide a decent increase in power? Will the piggyback recognize the intake/exhaust deal and adapt it to add more power?

i heard upgraded splugs dont really work. the piggyback should increase some power i heard its best effective with intake headers catback but if you want power instead spending money on na mods save up for a turbo!

to answer your question. yes, it will add power and the piggy is tunable so you can get even more power out of your other mods. If your staying NA that would be a great way to go.

Naturally Aspirated - Step 1) Make the car breathe as best possible on the intake side (intake, TB, IM, etc)
Step 2) open up the exhaust enough to release the exiting gases but still retain backpressure (2.25-2.5 catback, headers, high flow cat, no more than 2.5 anywhere, 2.25 recommended)
step 3) Reduce rotating masses freeing up power such as the pulleys
step 4) Get the piggyback and get best tune possible.

Cost per power those steps will get you the best results. Looking at the 135-140 whp absolute max with a rock solid tune.

Turbo - Sky is the limit, but cost per power it still remains the most effective mod of them all. And the best part is, the only part that you will throw away from the NA setup is the intake. The rest can still be used with the turbo setup.

My suggestion would be to do the NA setup first, learn your car in and out, work on some show mods like maybe a new spoiler, new grille, maybe some nice interior pieces, just dont go overboard. Then go turbo when you're ready. Its extremely fun and satisfying, but its also addicting. I'm already ordering parts to bump my boost up and i've only been boosting for about 2 months

Depends on which kit you get.
