I have a 2003 Lancer ES with a 4G95 engine and I wanted to put 4G63 parts into it is this possible?

I think you mean you have the 4G94 and want to put in a 4G63. Search, this exact question comes up at least once a week and so far only one person has done it and it cost him 10000$ and no car for like 6 months.

You can't really swap a motor unless you're sitting on a big pile of cash. So that's that.

Start looking into the mods that can make you faster - turbo kit, N/A mods, etc.
