Ok so after check all of the lines numerous times over the past few days I figured it couldn't be them. Lastnight around 11:30 I thought it could've been something with the piggyback so I figured what the hell and took that off. The car ran even worse with it off. So today I went out there and just took it all off, TB+IM+ and all the other junk. When I got down to taking the bolts and nuts off that attach the manifold to the head I found that there were 2 that somehow didn't have bolts in them at all and after looking at the gasket I could see that there was something leaking into the closest port. It was the 2 that I drew arrows to on the attached picture. The one was hidden by the TB bracket so thats probably how I missed it.

I feel a bit stupid for not noticing that we didn't put those in but I did have 2 mechanics working with me so I think they should feel even worse. I still need to get the piggyback in there and then I'm going to go have some fun and see how it goes.

THat will do it. Glad you found the problem. Sometimes one mechanic is better than 2...

Well with this situation apparently 1 non-mechanic was better then 2 mechanics.

I should have my stock IM and TB shipping out tomorrow morning so you'll have it soon Rock. If I come across any spare manifolds I'll try to grab them for you guys.

just a question on the RRM manifolds and TB
what exactly do you do?
port the manifold to ???mm
and port the TB to suit right?

would there be a bigger package (sp) later on?

not that i need it* just so if anyone askes i can recommend the product.

* i have an evo VII TB awaiting engine mangement to fit to a 93 manifold bored out to 60mm

There is only one RRM package since it's basically bored as far as possible (from 52 mm to 57 mm). I'm not sure what the IM is bored to, I would assume around the same size, maybe bigger.

The manifold is port match to the same size at the TB so it flows best and individual ports are done in as deep as their tools can allow them.
