IM/TB Spacers

I'm talking about spacers for IM and Throttle Body. Did anybody bought or made them? How thick they should be?

A phenolic spacer is basically just a heat resistant gasket that limits the transfer of heat from the engine to the intake manifold and throttle body. They are not a bolt on mod in the sense that they won't give you X number of hp, they will simply limit the effect of heat over a period of time.
Why not check RPWs site to see how thick they are? If you're planning on making them yourself, good luck. Boe tried this along time ago, he even had a group buy going, and he soon found out it's not easy.
