this is really going to open alot of doors the old lancer closed. i mean 200 n/a horses is amazing but i wonder what kind of numbers the turbo version is going to push. im sure an evo turbo swap is going to be a popular thing now. i wonder what kind of internals they are going to use for the evo ten and how much they will differ from what is currently being offered in last gen lancer. oh man.

Isn't the motor rated @ 143hp in CA? How on God's green earth are you going to make an additional 60hp without FI? I need to see this!

i asked and they said it doesn't come in manual....wtf, I want it in MANUAL!!!!!

 

Then ask them why it's listed on mitsucars.com as available. It may just be that they haven't gotten anything but cvt-equipped cars in at the dealership. Or, the person just doesn't know their product line very well.

My dealer hasnt called me yet and im chomping at the bit for my GTS. O and it comes in manual I am 100% sure on this. I have seen pics and like he said it is on the mitsu web site. The CVT is a $900 dollar option that i wont be getting when I test drove the CVT it acted like a wounded dog. Mine will be a stick wish it had a 6 gear ratio like the CVT but i will take 5 and the sun and sound package.

Yeah, if he said it doesn't come in manual, slap him in the face and say you should get a grand knocked off just for that. If he said they just don't have one in manual, ask him politely if he could get one in for you.

 

lmao, I agree. I'm gonna go to the dealership tomorrow, so I'll see what they have, imma test drive the CVT, and I'll see how that feels, I've heard a few good comments, and only one bad, so I dunno. I MUST have the sun and sound package though, if I don't.....then I don't want it, lol.
