i was wondering if MSD coil packs were available for lancers and if so where can i get them

If Mitsu used the same technology in the Lancers as they did with the Mirages, you cannot use DIS because it fries the coilpacks. I think this was already discussed here (I could be wrong, it might have been the mirage board) so you might try searching for it.
