Nice job taking the time to write this up. Also great job on the intake manifold.

you should of just done the old fashioned trick of putting sand in your intake to port both the intake manifold and head at the same time and a port match as well

It does make a diffrence just ensure that both intake manifold/intake ports on head is ported the same size (as much as you can) Dont over do it because you will loose significant amount of low end power.

Would be an ideal to get a slighly bigger TB + match port to manifold flange.

And yes love the sound it makes heheheee..

I hate to be a critic hear but that is for sure not the most effective way of porting a IM. Just because the runner has a larger section in it does not mean it flows more air and/or makes more power. With that porting your most likely loosing low end for whatever high end your gaining. Smooth flow is better then more flow, or in other words velocity is better then volume. Take a look at the head where the intake matches up and measure that. If you gasket match it, the intake will be larger then the head and then your pushing all that air right into a huge lip causing a ton of turbulence right before the valves and right where the injectors come in. You can get a 3" extended die grinder at harbor freight and sand paper cartridges that come with pretty long extensions so you can blend your porting all the way back to the plenum. I have ported plenty of intakes for evo's with proven dyno results and can assure you that the method posted by the op is not the most effective.

Not really but if you send me yours I would be more then happy to port it for you for a decent price. Search steevo8/stevo8/stevo8 spec on norcalevo if you would like some references.

Im assuming its cause I dont wanna do a write up. I know its not my work as its dyno proven and I have never once had someone complain about my porting or had a "dud" piece.

For not sharing his expertise. I said that in a joking manner. I'm pretty sure his work is very competent of making great reliable power.
