with enough money anything is possible, Im sure u can swap the transmissions, I know a few people who have swapped autos with manual, but with this platform who knows what it will cost.

Yup, I think the best (i.e., most cost effective) way to turn a CVT to a manual is to sell the CVT and buy a car with a manual). If you could find a manual similarly equipped and with similar mileage, you might not even lose much (or any?) money, since the CVT will typically command a premium over the stick.
I used to have a 944 and participate in a discussion board called Rennlist. There would frequently be posts from 944 owners wondering what it would take to add a turbocharger to the 944. The common sense answer was to say "sell the 944 and buy a 944 turbo." Suppose you had a 944 worth $7,000. Well, you can buy a nice 944 turbo for $10,000. Adding a turbocharger to the 944 would certainly cost more than $3,000, and it wouldn't be as good a car as the 944 turbo that came from the factory.
So, unless you would enjoy the swap as a learning experience, forget the idea of swapping transmissions. It would cost far more than a trade, and I wonder if the swap would even void your warranty?
