It didn't change my curve either and I'm the last person who would focus on peak HP anyways. I tend not to trust 1/4 times just cause there are too many variables to keep a track off. The weather plays a role, the track plays a role, the tires play a role, and most importantly the driver plays a role.

you won't realize any gains in a base lancer until you get a turbo
there is no way around it
i got all the bolt ons added and felt a min gain until turbo
it was worth the money

I had an Eclipse 60 MM TB and a 2G Eclipse MAS on my 97 and the car was running lean to the point of throwing a code and stalling at idle. With SAFC, I richened it up and I was good to go. At least then I knew I was flowing more air so I knew I had some positive gains.

nothing with th larger TB was noticed. 4g93 mani worked wonders though. Very loud intake now and it feels much better.

Thanks for everyones' feedback. Ya'll just saved me $300. I am thankful. Now, I'm thinking more about the 4g93 manifold swap.

It is a good mod. Especially in a boosted car. But NA the TB upgrade does CRAP.

Plus your gasket is usually to small. Make sure to port match and razor blade the gasket down if need be.

Until you mod the head it's a useless mod for the most part (at least in terms of being worth 300$).
