1.Is there any bads from doing the coolant bypass mod??
2.another thing i thought is that if i drive my car for a long time would the TB get too hot??
3.so was there a power diff(any thing like a .25 hp,lol) in doing this??

Less boggy when its hot. It really workd well for me! I doubted any help woul e had but dam, that thing must have had a big amount of coolant flowing through it with the size of those hoses.

okay one of the thing i just saw right now is that its has a sensor in the middle of both of the coolant lines.....would that affect anything bye removing the coolant pass?

i have noticed zero negative effects--also zero positive effects though.
the coolant is only there to keep the TB warm in cold climates where the TB could freeze in the open position... that's going to have to be pretty damn cold though.
i have seen dyno sheets for some domestics that have picked up a few HP because they are lowering the temperature of the incoming air by not having hot coolant routed into the TB.

there's one of the sheets i mentioned. we all know how well our engines take to mods though... so i would be surprised if we were squeezing 1 solid HP out of the motor on this. aside from that once you suffer good old heat soak and everything warms up the mod will be useless. this works best with the engine at colder temperatures.
