Depends on the dyno. Stock they range from 60ish to 100ish. The mods you listed won't make it a rocket and don't show great results. Read the other link my sig (Read this before you consider bolt-ons) and you'll understand why I don't suggest getting them.

hmmm ic.....for some reason its hard for me to beleive that with what u had it only produced that much.....but yea...im not going turbo at all unless i can do the whole thing for like a grand or less...just dont got that kind of money...im a senior in high school haha.....but yea..might have to rethink on what all im doing to my car then...or if i even do that and jsut stick to the looks of it.....i mean all i want is for it to get up and go a little better there has to be something to improve my accelaration..i dont want to rocket..just for it to get up and go a little faster....to me it seems that the stuff im thinking about getting would allow that..i have cat back exhaust so adding the intake and header would allow it to breathe better yet and then getting the lighter pully would help accel b/c its like 75% lighter than stock so its much easier to turn

it is really hard for me to beleive that a lancer would only make 60 hp....my 250cc dirtbike has 52hp hahahaha....a 60 hp car would be SOO SLOW and i know my car has much more than that b/c i had a jeep wrangler and stock those have 180 hp with the I6 in them which is what i had and i had a manual and jeeps are not built for speed at all they are built to offroad and my car is as fast as my jeep was so i know it has way more than what your telling me its going to push even with all those mods on it.....so i donno for some reason its hard for me to beleive that adding that wont let it push out more than 10 hp.....i dono more feedback would be great..im only hearing from ambystom01 and his feedback has been very helpful but i still want more before i make final decisions

The 4G94 just doesn't respond well to bolt-ons. A lot of members have experienced this, if you want speed you need a turbo or a supercharger.
Something you need understand is the raw number from a dyno is meaningless. They vary for a lot of reasons and comparing one dyno to another is impossible. Cars lose power as it passes through the drivetrain. Yes lancers make 120 hp but after it makes it to the ground it will be less. As an example, an STI makes 300 hp but they only dyno about 220 whp. If you dynoed that 52 hp bike, it might only make 30 whp. It is just an arbitrary number.

A turbo doesn't have to be expensive. I bought a kit for my lancer just before I got rid of it and ended up turning around and selling it for ~2000$. You can find full RRM kits for that on here from time to time. That means that for 500-1000$ more than the cost of the parts you listed you could have an easy 150whp.

No, the purpose of an intercooler isn't to cool the turbo, it's to cool the intake charge. The turbo will always be hot, it's fed by exhaust gases and no matter what you do you won't make a significant difference in terms of exhaust gas temperature. The reason why cooling the intake charge is a good idea is it makes more power per PSI (denser air) and it lets you run more PSI before you get detonation since the charge is cooler.

I think 6 PSI is attainable and that'd sit you at 150 whp or so depending on the dyno.
