Chip? Header? CAI? anyways really need some help with this stuff i used to have a jeep so i was more into the offroading stuff but then gas milage hit me and i decided to go with a lancer..... *SRI means Short Ram Intake*

I would suggest picking up a rear sway bar from RRM(Road/Race Motorsports)

Also, go with a RRM pulley.

Don't chip it.

There is also a Ported and Polished Intake Manifold, Cylinder Head and Throttle body available from RRM. Along with Headers and High-Flow Cat and the test-pipe option. They also provide a Mildly grinded Camshaft.

Suspension:
They provide the rear sway-bar(we have a front one already), front and rear strut bars, a lower tie-bar, lowering springs(buy the struts also if you buy these), coilovers and a camber bolts for the coilovers.

Braking:
Brake pads
slotted rotors
stainless steel brake lines

they also have various exterior 'upgrades' too.

You can't chip a Lancer, but you can piggyback on it's ecu with the RRM piggy. Where exactly is Holland? I'm trying to figure if a CAI is a good idea or an SRI. Meaning, do you have down-pours where you have to travel through rivers to get anywhere? And seeing the CAI can't gain but "maybe" 1hp more than sri, why have the worry? Might I suggest an RMR heat-shielded sri...

well Holland is in Michigan right on lake michigan and we dont get alot of down pours but yes i was thinking of getting a SRI instead of a CAI b/c it snows here and yes there are the occasional downpours....yea i was planning on doing the piggyback add on but i thought that was the same thing as a chip so yes SRI not CAI....also wondering if anyone can tell me how much am i going to gain from this piggyback add on? also is having a heat shielded SRI better than a non geat shielded?

Honestly I would just save the money. With the mods you listed you'll gain maybe 10 whp and it'll cost you over 1000$ to do that. Put that money towards a turbo. Even with all the NA mods out there you'll be lucky to break 100 whp.

so the lancer stock engine is 120 hp but after it gets to the wheels its less than 100?

im more of a show than go...so for me to spend money on that is pointless and i should just do what i want to the looks than trying and get a few more hp with those mods?....really im not lookin for it to be better at top speed i just want it to accelerate faster...i mean it goes over 100 mph already and i never go that fast so its fast enough just getting up to speed is all i want to increase...but your saying all of that wont even improve that?
