yeah guys i do have a high flow megan racing cat, on my car, plus i just re did the piping went a little bit bigger. and of course i got the CF muffler. We dont have any inspections in south carolina so i dont have to worry about it, plus the cops dont bother us for things like that here, unless you are running mufflerless, and it sounds super loud...

hahah i know thats why i said thanks guys for all the positive comments. i did try to do this as much professional as possible. I have the muffler under the car nice, it doesnt stick out like some of the fart cans u see out there. I love the tone..i might make a video how it sounds at 4k RPM while driving...

In canada Ontario I know you can not have a straight pipe, with or without a muffler its still illegal here. i am sure some states will have something similar on the books.

It's a felony in TX (laws vary from state to state) to not have a cat. When you put a straight pipe like that it's easier to notice if the cat is there. Also, a high flow cat doesnt legally count as a cat. It's simply a higher diameter pipe made to look like a cat.

High-flow cats legally DO count as a cat. They have a catalyst that is made of different, more open material that still functions and legally allows you to pass emissions. If your referring to a test pipe, then its not a cat and should not be called a high-flow cat as that is misinformation.
