imho i think that the rrm exhaust is the less annoying exhaust out of all of them. The rest are just way too rice. Not nice, RICE. LOL

considering that Evo_soul's muffler sounds pretty much the same as stock with the volume increased, how did you come to that conclusion

its load but not offensive and it doesnt gurgle, I am very Anti far can when it comes to exhausts. When you hear it in person, i think you will see what i mean
lol but calling it like stock is offensive haha lol jokin, i know what you mean Hydro heheh pullin your leg

How do you figure " http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=C612DE4ogms " that sounds like rice? now that is seriously offensive!

That is my video from when I had it installed yesterday.

I was hoping it was going to go straight out the back, but thankfully its not at a 45 degree angle (its around 10 degrees).

The greddy exhaust sounds great. Whoever is saying all of these exhausts (except RRM of course) sound rice is a freakin moron. I have heard the RRM, Injen, Greddy and two shop built magnaflow mufflers all in person, and guess what?

THEY ALL SOUND THE SAME.

Go buy the cheapest one, or whatever name you like best

wait .. but "THEY ALL SOUND THE SAME" & "Whoever is saying all of these exhausts (except RRM of course) sound rice is a freakin moron."

are you sayin the all sound the same except the rrm? =X

i think its very hard to compare them thru vids and clips on the internet due to many variables such as camera ambient noise quality a recording etc. but im just tryin to get a good idea.

excuse me while i go throw up.

All exhaust if not most give off a distinct sound variation. Unless they are duplicate designs, an exhaust will have a different pitch thru out the RPM.
Even the idle can sometimes sound alot different.

What you "choose" to take as "facts" is also your own opinion. Its too bad that Im not worthy of being acknowledged by you anymore, because I am in the OC with you. You could have heard my exhaust in person next to someone with the Injen exhaust, and next to someone with the RRM exhaust. Oh well, your loss since you seem to care so much about this.

Also, Blacksheep you were right, I meant they all sound the same. I was responding to two posts at once there and I guess it got a bit confusing for Christian.

Evosoul, I cant speak for your exhaust as I have not heard it, but Ive seen two other shop made exhausts and they sound just like the RRM, Injen, and Greddy when idling and driving away. In the end do you really think most of the people here are going to change their exhaust purchase due to a slight change in pitch? Do you think they will even notice the difference when they have more than 5 minutes between them of not hearing anything? Most people already have their minds made up by a price or name when it comes down to it.

Your free to explorer the forums and do some research, everyone has a different way of looking at what they think is important.

Personally, tone is right up there, you dont want to be a cop magnet so you dont want to be to loud. Second is low end performance. I dont race my engine in my ripe old age of late 20's so for me TQ is king. Driving my car with CVT I never have to have my RPM over 3000 RPM anymore. Vs. how i use to drive before upgrading my exhaust. Thats what is important to me, but like i said there is an exhaust out there for everyone, some perfer loud ride, aka "broadcaster" some want extreme performance in the mid to upper end for a more peppy ride. Different mods have different effects on your engine, and every additional mod affects your engine and each of the other mods installed before it. More power can be fleshed out of all mods.
(now these are just loose examples but they are made so you can follow allong with the point I am driving home)
E.G. a SRI / CAI are enhanced by Exhaust upgrades(cat back), Both Exhaust upgrades and intakes are enhanced by a Header.. and so on and so on. (Efficency is what the goal is)
To bring the example further, CAI theory, CAI are known for their mid to upper powerband performance, a low restriction straight thru exhaust package may further enhance those power zones but allow for a drop in performance in the lower end. THe whole point I am trying to bring home is, figure out what it is you want your car to be, because once you start marching forward with your plan, you may screw yourself up if you start off on the wrong foot.

If you you are confused by everything just skip down to the last few lines bottem line always sums it up. Its how I i got a B average all the way thru school
Thats my long winded thoughts. hope it helps

But dont think I am the expert, ask questions, get feed back from everyone, Not everyone has all the right answers. I am sure Blacksheeps answer you will way better then mine and in perfect english too :P I am so jealous of his perfect grammer :P
