Sequential Shift Light Question?

I bought a sequential shift light like you see on the rally cars. I know one of you guru's out there know the answer to my question. I need to know which pin on the CPU controls the RPM output to my factory tack. Or which wire coming out of the instrument cluster is RPM sending wire. It says either on will work. I already tried every wire on the backside of the instrument cluster so I would prefer the info on the CPU. I have a 02 Lancer OZ m/t. Help!

Man- I appreciate it and I have been all throught that wiring diagram that is posted on this site. I cant make heads or tail out of it. If you know what specific wire or pin I need to splice into I would appreciate it. Surely someone on here has hooked up an aftermarket tack. Thanks!

Actually - That was the RPM signal wire and it only showed the the low end of the RPM band, The correct wire turned out to be pin 58 and that wire is Green/white. The shift light works awesome, you set it to redline and it starts to light up in 200 rpm increments until you reach the green light at redline. I love it. I dont even watch my tach any more!

Here's the diagram If you look closely you'll see that the RPM wire is green with a little white or silvery stripe on it.... and that IS the one because these are the pinouts I used for my eManage
