Unhappy two catalytic converters??

from the RRM site, it say ""Lancers have two catalytic converters""
is it true??
where are they??

Yes there are two converters. the first is located right after the exhaust manifold. you can see this one from the engine compartment. and the second is in the middle of the exhaust system located under the driver and passenger area.

To pass cold start emissions tests. Have 1 built into the exhaust manifold so it gets up to temp instantly and starts working instantly.
