With your current modifications IMO it wouldn't bring much of a gain, however if you change out your cam even to a stage 1 from rpw then it would def be worth it.

The more you have done to the engine the more it will help. But you will have to get it tuned on a dyno to get it done right. And that can get a lil expensive.

No you dont need the dyno. You just need time to fool with it and get used to it. And you absolutely need an A/F gauge. There are uses for it even if you dont have extreme mods. I use it to add fuel now that my MAS screw is backed out, makes a pretty decent gain for just moving a screw. Not to mention everyone who gets in the car wants to know what it is. If you dont like tinkering I wouldn't get it, cuz it takes a lot of that to get it dialed in.

ya a lot and get a digital gauge with numbers not one with flashing leds those make it even harder to tune flash leds are more for show and use a num style for auctuall tuning

yeah, i get curious people all the time, so now i just keep it in the glove box. it is just a beauty to look at. damn gawkers. like the guy at the parking garage booth. i didn't want to be an ******* so i talked to him for a few minutes.

but besides that, i really really doubt you'll need it if you're getting the ecu reflash. unless one of your mods really change the way your car breathes/farts, it won't be much use to you. with similar mods except a cai, i didn't really see much changing needed in the fuel curve. 2 reasons for getting one are 1) you've got some internal work coming up (cams, dif compr pistons, radically larger tb, etc) or 2) you want the car running absolutely optimal. so if you're getting a mod that needs more tuning than the rrm ecu already corrects, you won't need it.
